
ARTIST BIO:
Brianna Fairbrother is a contemporary multi-media painter and sculptor from Long Island, New York. Fairbrother's work combines the conventional modes of acrylic painting and sculpture with additional emphasis on tactile, textured mediums and textile use. Her work considers the fallible memory and the home as an archive, with tactile soft forms, she emulates the sensorial intimacy of domestic spaces. Fairbrother is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Art in Painting at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Her work has been exhibited at The Sculpture Center in Cleveland, Ohio, The Art League of Long Island in Dix Hills, New York, and Valley Art Center in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. In 2025 she undertook a grant-funded internship project at the CIA through their Creativity Works Program, and was also a recipient of the Boost Fund Cycle 1 Grant. Fairbrother currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
